These terms apply when you use Tampster for your shop. How we handle your customers’ details is in the Privacy policy.

In short
- Every feature is free for 30 days. Then it’s 9,99 € a month or 80,00 € a year.
- Cancel in the billing portal, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Use your customers’ details only the way they agreed to.
- You’re responsible for your shop’s account, including what your staff do with it.
The service
Tampster lets you design loyalty cards, share them with a QR code and stamp them with your phone. Your customers keep their cards on their phones, with nothing to install.
You need a phone or computer with a web browser and an internet connection.
Your account and staff
You log in with your email and a 6-digit code we send to it. Anyone who can read that email can log in, so keep it safe.
You can invite staff, each with their own email. They can issue cards, scan and stamp, but can’t change your cards, billing or team. You’re responsible for what happens in your shop’s account, including what your staff do.
Free trial and plans
Every new shop gets every feature free for 30 days. You don’t need a payment card to start.
After the trial, Tampster costs 9,99 € a month or 80,00 € a year. Payments go through Stripe.
If your trial ends before you pick a plan, your customers keep their cards and stamps. Issuing and stamping pause until you pick one.
You can cancel in the billing portal. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Your customers’ data
Your customers give you their details to get your card. Use them only the way they agreed to, and send news and offers only to customers who said yes to them.
This also applies to any customer list you export. When a customer deletes their card, their details are deleted for good from your customer list in Tampster.
The Privacy policy tells your customers what you can see.
Fair use
Use Tampster to run loyalty cards for your shop. Don’t use it to send spam, to collect details your customers didn’t agree to give, or to break or overload the service. We may pause an account that does.
Ending your account
To close your account, cancel your plan in the billing portal and write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We then delete your shop, its cards and your customers’ details. Copies in our backups are deleted after [RETENTION PERIOD].
Your customers’ cards stop working once your shop is deleted.
