For shop owners

When you create a shop on Tampster, we keep:

• The email you log in with. We send your sign-in codes to it.
• Your shop profile: its name, logo and what you serve, and the cards and pages you design.
• Your team: the name and email of each person you invite, and which stamps they add.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your payment card details go to Stripe, not to us. We keep your plan and whether it’s paid.

For customers of shops on Tampster

When you get a shop’s card on Tampster, the shop decides what its sign-up page asks for. Tampster keeps your card so it works on your phone and at the counter.

What the shop sees

What you typed on its sign-up page, like your name, phone number or email, and your stamps and visits.

News and offers

The shop can send you news and offers only if you ticked the box for them on its sign-up page. It sees that you said yes, and when.

What Tampster keeps

Your card, the details you gave and your stamps, so the shop can stamp your card and you can open it again. If you gave your email, we use it only to send you your card and to help you get it back.

How long we keep it

Until you or the shop delete the card. Copies in our backups are deleted after [RETENTION PERIOD].

How to delete it

Tap Delete my card at the bottom of your card page. Your stamps and the details you gave the shop are deleted for good. You can also ask the shop to delete your card.
